Diana Cameron, known affectionately as Di, entered the fitness realm in 2008 after shedding 142 lbs by embracing proper nutrition and developing a passion for fitness. She has since guided and inspired 2500+ women towards better health.

 

In 2019, Di temporarily paused her coaching endeavours to join a policing academy. Unfortunately, a knee injury during her training compelled an unexpected career shift. This setback led to subsequent wellness challenges. Throughout her recovery journey, Di encountered various coaching approaches, from rigorous military-style trainers to social media influencers. Upon integrating recovery strategies into her programs, she unlocked the ideal balance for holistic wellness.

 

Drawing on a wealth of experiences, Di launched Fit Force Headquarters— This community is all about empowering women to make wellness a lifestyle rather than a fleeting trend, breaking free from the endless cycle of diets and restrictions once and for all.

Di was determined to make wellness accessible to everyone!

Diana Cameron has studied biomechanics and anatomy and currently holds the following certifications:

  • Elite trainer, ISSA

  • Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1

  • Sleep, Stress management, and Recovery Coaching
